Chapter 34-9 is the best place to farm this item. For 24 stamina, it has 14 Oxsecian Soldiers (Lv 76) that have a 3% chance to drop the item. In addition, Tome of Enlightenment can be dropped by the Oxsecian Soldier (Lv 79) (30%) and 9 Oxsecian Gunners (2%).
