Okklitot the Strong
Okklitot is a Lizardman who, as a former mountain climber, loved mountains a little too much.
His goal was to climb the world's tallest mountain, and he made several attempts, but he never did set foot on that peak.
He's getting on in years, but his physique is muscular from years of training, and he's just as good as any youngling.
But nowadays his favorite part of the day is drinking rum after a tough workout.

With that desire, he works hard in his daily training, but hasn't quite been able to find the opportunity to make an attempt at the real thing.
Climbing a mountain costs money. The expedition is quite costly, and it's next to impossible for one person to carry all the mountain-climbing equipment alone. Therefore, the climber must have the money to hire people or rent pack animals. And the taller the mountain, the bigger the monetary burden.
It's not that he doesn't have the ability. He just doesn't have the money.
He flies into a rage whenever someone questions that explanation.
