Feno is an artificial life-form created to play music.
For some reason known only to her creator, she has a weird speech pattern. Don't bother asking her about it, though. She thinks it's perfectly normal.
After Chapter 18
She was developed in secret at an Oxsecian research institute, but before her talent went public, something went wrong with the planet and she was temporarily abandoned.
It was a disaster caused by an Animata.
Oxsecia could no longer afford cultural pastimes and was instead forced to focus on creating tools of war.
Most of the artificial life-forms were scrapped for parts and recycled into weapons.
But Feno's creator hid her away, believing that one day her music would heal the scars of the people.
Unfortunately, her creator died in the war with the Animata, but continues to live on in spirit in the many machines and AIs left behind. The machines' leader, a prototype android, took Feno and secretly stowed her aboard an Oxsecian ship.
These days, Feno plays music and even conducts an entire orchestra. Her music has the power to touch people's hearts and speak to their souls.Trivia[]
